Delivery charge

There is a charge for postage and packaging. The charge will depend on the weight and size of your order and is calculated at checkout. 

Order dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within 3 working days, provided you have supplied an email address or telephone number. When requesting one of the free resources please allow up to 28 days for delivery to include printing and postage.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your goods, you may return them within 14 days for a full refund. You must return the goods at your own expense, unused and in the condition in which they were supplied. We will then refund the price of the goods and any delivery charges paid as part of your original order. If you are returning the goods because they are faulty, we will also refund the cost of returning them.
