Refund policy

Donations

In accordance with the Charities Act 2011, donations are generally non-refundable.
However, SAT-7 UK will refund donations in the following circumstances:

    • where a donation is made in error
    • in order to satisfy legal requirements
    • at the discretion of the Executive Team or Board of Trustees in circumstances
      that are deemed appropriate for a refund
      If a donation is to be refunded electronically, the payment will be returned on the
      payment card used for the original transaction. If you need to contact SAT-7 UK
      regarding a transaction, please see the contact details at the foot of this document.

    Sales Returns and Refunds

    In accordance with Online and Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not satisfied
    with the goods you have purchased from SAT-7 UK, you may return them within 14
    days for a full refund. You must return the goods at your own expense, unused and in
    the condition in which they were supplied. SAT-7 UK will refund the price of the goods
    and any delivery charges paid as part of your original order. If you are returning the
    goods because they are faulty, SAT-7 UK will also refund the cost of returning them.
